For sending to the turbo exhaust energy efficiently, and to set the number 4 cylinder cylinder cylinder # 1 and # 2, and # 3 cylinder. By a thin tube diameter which does not exhaust the resistance, the tube diameter, we are also increasing the exhaust flow rate. In order to keep the connection to the engine exhaust ports and smooth, the flange portion is air funnel shape.

In order to absorb the change in thermal expansion exhaust port span, EX manifold of Subaru, the "sleeve" flange is required. We have adopted a triple slip joint structure for satisfying both the exhaust gas tightness and high durability.
